1. Deliveries in Romania

The deliveries on the Romanian territory are provided by DPD. When your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation
and a track and trace code from the courier. This allows you to track your order.

Ordered before 12 noon on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday means next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
will be processed on Monday morning and will arrive on Tuesday. There are no shipments on public holidays, so everything is postponed.

The delivery costs in Romania are 5.95€.
With an order from € 60, there are no delivery costs.

Of course we also depend on the organization within DPD for our shipment.
Things like holidays, Christmas, Easter, COVID, etc… can cause a possible delay. Of course we do everything we can to prevent this.

 

  1. Deliveries in Belgium and the Netherlands

Deliveries in Belgium and the Netherlands are provided by DHL INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS. When your order has been accepted, you will
receive an order confirmation and a track and trace code from the courier. This allows you to track your order.

Ordered before 12 noon on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday means next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and

The delivery costs in Belgium and the Netherlands are 7.95€
With an order from 70 €, there are no delivery costs.

  1. Canceled orders

We work with the greatest care to maintain stock levels. However, it can happen that a product is no longer in stock. There are several
factors that play a role in this. At that time we will refund the purchase amount, including shipping costs.

 

4.Change order

If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp on 0040 733 010 000
during office hours. (Do take into account the hour difference if you call from Belgium or the Netherlands.)

  1. Not at home on the day of delivery

If the addressee of the order is absent at the time of delivery, the delivery person leaves a notice of offer in the letterbox.
The addressee will have to collect the package at the address stated on the offer message or via the follow-up of the order.
Please contact our customer service if you have not received an offer notice in your mailbox.
